WHEN DID THE "TRAFFICKING TASK FORCE" REPLACE THE VICE DEPARTMENT?

Everything is turning 1984 on me.  When we had "task forces" we were trying to get help to victims of sex trafficking.  NOW - they are "executing warrants to shut down brothels".  http://lasvegassun.com/news/2015/jul/02/2-arrested-raids-suspected-las-vegas-brothels/?hubRefSrc=email&utm_source=lfemail&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=lfnotification#lf_comment=386496858

Putting them in the same position I was in when in 1984 I got arrested.  I was put in a position of a criminal having to defend myself.  The traffickers then were scared what I would say about them - and people started trying to kill me INCLUDING when I was IN jail.

Think it doesn't happen?  How about in 2011 when a witness was "lost" in the jail system for three days?  http://www.latimes.com/local/la-me-deputy-trial-20140607-story.html

Would you like to know who got in trouble in that case?  The cop who smuggled this poor "lost" witness a phone so he could call for help.  The FBI wasn't much good.  Not when active duty officers were showing up at her house threatening to arrest HER.

You look at this and then tell me why you think I'm saying that the "sex trafficking movement has been hijacked".  A sentiment even the author of the Trafficking Act of 2000 shares with me in an interview he gave Tom Ragan.
