Re:       Complaint Against Cyndi Lundeberg of Fox News 5

Dear Mr. Pai:

I’m writing you about an article written by Cyndi Lundenberg that I’ve attached to this letter for your review.  In the article, it talks about a woman who was trafficked by a horrific pimp who is trying to make sure he does as much time behind bars as possible for what he did to her.  http://www.fox5vegas.com/story/37561928/sex-trafficking-victim-fearful-after-las-vegas-pimp-accepts-deal

It also talks about how the victim said, “Angela said life after prostitution has been a difficult adjustment, and said she wished Nevada and other states had more resources to help victims.”  It then goes on to list what appears to the reader to be the ONLY resources in Nevada as being Safe Nest, Shade Tree, Polaris’ Hotline and the Embracing Project.

Now this woman is supposed to be a reporter.  The article was about this womans’ story, but it was also telling the readers about the supposed “lack of resources in Nevada”.  These cries of “lack” have been being used as battle cries to raise more money for projects that require grants and/or donations such as Shade Tree, Safe Nest and the Embracing Project.

However, there is a perfectly free program that’s existed since 1987 headquartered in Las Vegas – ours.  We gave a press conference in 2007 that was covered by the international press about a report we’d helped Melissa Farley prepare on the state of sex trafficking in Nevada that was in every Nevada publication, as well as on Fox 5 News even.  We’re easily found on the internet and we’re even listed on the Polaris’ directory online for Nevada resources.

Yet this reporter couldn’t be bothered to go to Google and discover we were here for herself before publishing what is a very misleading article which frankly made us seem like we don’t even exist by her omission.  Articles like hers that omit our name, while pretending to list “all organizations” as she does here, damage us because then people who read that, then we talk to them, think there’s something “fishy” going on because we weren’t listed in her article.

I find it hard to believe she’s just a lazy sloppy reporter who didn’t bother to do her research before writing the article this way because of the board members of the Embracing Project.  If you review their Board directory, you’ll find the name of Christine Maddela.  Christine Maddela is not only the director of the Embracing Project, but she’s the weeknight evening news anchor on FOX5 News in Las Vegas too.  A fact I would find it hard to believe Cyndi Lundeberg doesn’t know her because she’s also a reporter at Fox 5 News.

So the Embracing Project is listed in this article, and in fact a link is embedded even in the article to take you to the Embracing Project, while denying other programs exist, a nonprofit whose director just happens to be employed at the same station as the reporter who wrote the article.  An article that didn’t inform the public that the board director of the Embracing Project happened to work at the same station as she did, which I find a bit of a conflict of interest.  Again, especially because this group does rely upon grants and donations which may result because of this article.

A member of the press has a responsibility to the public to inform them on subjects without bias or special interests.  If there are any areas of potential conflicts of interest, then something should also be said.  But nothing was said about the director of this program working at the same station as the reporter writing the story.  Considering women and children are murdered while sex trafficking, this truly is a matter of life and death for victims to know where they can call for help.

Especially adult victims.  The woman in this article was an adult – while the Embracing Project is geared primarily towards juveniles.  So the reporter wrote an article about an adult situation even while listing a resource for juveniles, while failing to make any mention of existing programs for adults.  Was this a personal judgment because she didn’t approve of our program?  If so, then she could have said she knew of us but didn’t want to offer an endorsement.

But considering John Quinones of ABC’s “What Would You Do?” personally came to investigate us in 2007, as well as Bob Herbert of the NY Times – both of them reputable investigative reporters who after researching us thoroughly then wrote glowing of our work, I don’t think there was an issue about her doubting the quality of our program as to why she failed to say anything about us even existing in the piece.  You can find their pieces on us at www.hightechmadam.com

Meaning either she was incredibly lazy about her writing, not caring about the readers who might be needing a resource themselves, especially the very woman she was writing about, or there was a deliberate omission made here because of the fact a co-worker of hers is on the board of a program that benefitted by how she did write the final published piece.  http://www.theembracingproject.org/about/board/

I contacted Cyndi to see if she’d be interested in publishing an update which did list our hotline and program for readers who might be needing resources, and she declined.  In fact, she told me she “looked forward to reading my complaint” to your office.  So I’m complaining.

Thank you for listening.  If I need a special form to file a complaint, please forward that to me.

Sincerely,

Jody Williams

SWOP'S GATHERING OF PUBLIC DATA ON SEX WORKERS

Edward Snowden revealed there is an intentional campaign going to gather data on people for the purposes of "pushing" on them by the CIA, and other agencies.  Anyone who has seen his film is aware of what's going on.

Which would explain why SWOP is not acting like a group "by sex workers for sex workers" since Robin Few, their founder, died in 2012.  While our 12 step program has undergone extreme viscious attack by members of SWOP, and their new "leadership" seems to act like we're not members of the sex worker community any longer for some reason despite the fact we operate the only hotline in the country where sex workers who want help to exit the industry can call for help without fear of any of their information being disclosed to anyone, especially law enforcement, they decided to try and set up their own version of a 12 step meeting for sex workers in Las Vegas.  You can see how they advertise this meeting online which courts have ruled is the same as a "public notice" by the way.

Thus rendering this meeting the same as if held in a "public place".  Which if you look at the actual meeting place ala Google map photos - it really is:

Since there is a public sidewalk in front of the place, anyone can park their car or stand there and film who pulls into that parking lot.  It's small enough it can't be argued that on a Saturday morning, when the other business's are closed there in that center, that the person is there for one reason and one reason only - the SWOP 12 step meeting.  So the person, car and license plate can be videotaped without the party's consent.

The law also states that anyone who does "not take steps" to make something "confidential" also waives any right to privacy.  A "12 step meeting" by the way does not have the same laws of confidentiality a "12 step program" does.  Our program, Sex Workers Anonymous, is a "12 step program" recognized officially by our government as a 501c3 and with approval from AA to adapt it's steps given to us in writing to do so.

I have asked around some of the "old timers" in AA and NA in Las Vegas and they have no idea who is running this meeting.  Being I've sponsored sex workers, and ex-sex workers, in recovery for over 30 years total, with having done so in Vegas since 1996, I would think I'd hear about someone in the rooms starting this meeting.

So why?  Why would anyone ask someone to expose themselves to possibly being photographed legally in such a manner as to invite them to come to this meeting?  The profile for this meeting was created in December of 2016 and does not state what person is hosting this meeting.

I take a lot of shit for being who I am, but you KNOW who I am behind our meeting.  You know I was a sex worker, I'm a person, I'm a person who has gone to great lengths to ensure the anonymity of our members, and I've refused money to give information on our members to law enforcement.  That's what you KNOW when you contact www.sexworkersanonymous.com is that a real ex-sex worker in recovery for 30 years is going to be there to help you when you call.

There is no person standing behind this meeting that I can see.  I see a profile which wasn't opened until December of 2016 and that's it.  At least when people are "bashing" me - I'm a REAL PERSON.  I'm a bona fide ex-sex worker who has also been in recovery for 30 years.  You KNOW that.  I'm not a "catfish" profile either set up to gather information on sex workers which by the way SWOP has confirmed they are sending the data onto the government when they do their "tax returns" or explain "who they gave their grant money to".  Savannah Sly is also no longer their director.

So who and why would they ask sex workers in Las Vegas to do this?

SEX TRAFFICKING AND FAKE NEWS

https://townhall.com/columnists/lizcrokin/2017/02/25/why-the-msm-is-ignoring-trumps-sex-trafficking-busts-n2290379  I had a reporter who interviewed me a few months ago ask me what I thought about this story.

Evidently people are starting to catch on that these stories about REAL sex trafficking arrests and such are not being talked about in "major" media at all - let alone with the fervor the "fake" stories such as Samoly Mam receive.

Why?

Sheldon Adelson if you ask my opinion is part of that answer.  He's a man who had a reporter deliver a message to me in 2007 that my name, my work, the name of our group Sex Workers Anonymous, and anything to do with me was now "blacklisted" in anything he had anything to do with.

Which is quite a lot once you start doing some research on the guy.  Including the fact he now has become an "open" owner of the Review Journal newspaper - that's the paper that's pretty much the only newspaper in all of Nevada.  I have quite a few examples by the way of completely fake articles which have been planted in the RJ if anyone is interested in knowing more about it.

Even the whole fake story about how supposedly the "Cupcake Girls couldn't get convicted prostitutes jobs without passing a law" etc.   Which in reality was nothing more than a smoke screen to allow women who did have records for prostitution to get them waived so they could then obtain a license to work in the legal brothels of Nevada.  Now if you look at that story, as well as how they got AB67 passed in 2013 using also "fake" people, groups, stories, etc. - then you'll understand why this is a much more serious and larger story than just about "Trump".

Noam Chomsky was quoted as saying "the free press is to democracy as a gun is to a dictator" and you need to let that sink in because I'm seeing fake lawsuits and even fake LAWS being passed using this "fake news" as the wheels on the truck here.

Which ties into this article I found tonight https://exploitingtheniche.wordpress.com/2017/04/02/what-are-these-bots/comment-page-1/#comment-6

I found that article to be a blow by blow scenerio of everything I've had happening to me since 2009.

I've been seeing happen in the sex trafficking ring started with when Samoly Mam was exposed as a "fake" victim of sex trafficking.  When Bill Wilson steps up and says "that's not an alcoholic" people tend to believe that accusation IF they know who Bill Wilson is.

Which up until 2007 - people did know I was the founder of not only www.sexworkersanonymous.com which started a lot of "first's" like the first hotline for victims to call for help (www.hightechmadam.com), the first safe house for adult victims to be safe, the first alternative sentencing programs for victims so they weren't sent to jail like criminals, the first certified expert witness in "pimp brainwashing" by the FBI, and on and on - but since these "fakes" such as Samoly Mam have been rolling out one after the other I mistakenly thought "outting" them would turn the train around.

Instead the people financing the whole thing behind them just started using celebrities to shut us up such as Jada Pinkett Smith and even Ashton Kutcher.  You have to realize when they're the ones talking to the microphone - it's NOT one of us or a REAL survivor who would be saying something DIFFERENT.

If you don't know what I mean by that you might want to look up my open letter to Ashton in this blog I wrote after he testified at the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations on sex trafficking at McCain's request.  Interesting being that anything to do with McCain blocked me from their social media after I tried to object to their "No Such Thing" campaign they funded with respect to not only sex trafficking victims - but their clear portrayal of this being a "black" thing.  Even the woman they had promoting it in the media had corn rows for God's sake!.

I went through a horrific ordeal with Buzzfeed literally doing a "1984" on me with the fake stories they were running with respect to "8 Minutes" and their related fund raiser for imaginary prostitutes literally not only silencing me about what was going on with that show, but even "morphing" stories right in front of my eyes ( saved the screen shots by the way).

Which is why I'm not at all surprised to now see them poking fun at the idea of "fake news" because they are in fact one of the primary suppliers of fake news in my experience (with respect to sex trafficking anyway and so called "reality shows" about the subject).  https://www.buzzfeed.com/craigsilverman/the-celebtricity-network?utm_term=.maWoEkGvVd#.clPQe8G6XM

You think the hijacking of an election is all that's involved here - think again.  Our whole legal system has already been hijacked with the fake media part of the machine that's doing it.  As well as the "contrived opposition" that's not REALLY even the REAL opposition!   https://www.buzzfeed.com/craigsilverman/how-the-hyperpartisan-sausage-is-made?utm_term=.qkyaZlrVBk#.byrX9W763R

If you want to know what I mean by this - then you tell me what else is it when I can trace grant money from Swanee Hunt to SUPPOSED sex worker activist Maxine Doogan and Domina Elle - two other women who were connected not only to the faked "8 Minutes", but also the duping of President Obama when the fake survivor Lexie Smith spoke at Obama's church at the sponsoring of Shared Hope (another faked news outlet about sex trafficking by the way and Lexie is just part of their fake stories, reports, lectures, projects, etc., about sex trafficking), and even the "contrived opposition" Maxine's lawsuits were.  I mean you tell me why else her lawsuits were ONLY filed in the same counties and against the same prosecutor's that had also received grant money from Swanee Hunt unless this isn't one whole huge public manipulation project!

Why would someone suppress information about real sex trafficking and then spread fake news and information about the subject?  It's pretty obvious to me don't you agree.

Why?

Look at all the press and media we got prior to 2007 www.hightechmadam.com

Then where did it go?  We're still here.  I believe Jeane Palfrey was murdered before she could testify at the Ethics Committee about why she was a sex trafficking victim.  I also believe I'm being black listed so I don't explain what she was going to say.

This isn't about just "saving a few hookers" nor is it about even "decriminalizing prostitution" as SWOP came in and hijacked that conversation after Robin Few, their founder, died and these other people came in and also took over that program like something right out of the "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" film!

If you don't know what I mean - then why did I start all of this?  Do you really think we didn't have PIMPING laws on the books back in the 1980's?  Do you really think I started all of this and sacrificed my anonymity, my career, my marriages, everything behind trying to get PIMPING outlawed?  Yes pimping is horrible but WE HAD LAWS against it in the 1980's.

What we didn't have, and STILL don't is the ability to even charge men like Joohoon David Lee for one.

For another, if you want an illustration of what happened to me in 1984 and why I started this movement go and see what happened to Celeste Guap once she tried to talk about her victimization to the press.  Go on - I'll wait.  Because what you'll see is she was carted off by cops to Florida, Framed for an arrest.  Then held on a jacked up bail so they could threaten her and her family and keep her away from the press.

You'll notice she hasn't granted an interview since right?

Take a real good look at who was TRAFFICKING her and then you'll know why these people are trying to SHUT ME UP.  As well as her.  As well as  REAL victims because they don't want you hearing that it's not PIMPS we're talking about!!!
